RETURN POLICIES

There are two return policies, one for merchandise which includes prints, t-shirts and stickers, and one for original artworks. Please read attentively.
Merchandise Return Policy
-Monetary refunds are not issued for merchandise items, however, for up to 21 days after date of delivery, merchandise items can be replaced if the item arrives damaged, or appears significantly different than what was advertised on wyattpottorff.com
-In some cases it will be necessary for the customer to ship the item to a return address. The customer is to return the item in its original packaging. The merchant will cover the return shipping as long as the item is repackaged in its original packaging and is not excessively weighted down with unnecessary materials. If the original packaging is unusable, contact wyattpottorff.com for alternative arrangements. The customer is also responsible for packing the item carefully, if an undamaged item is packed hastily and incurs damage due to improper packing, the customer will void their right to a full refund.
To return:
1. Send images of and a brief description of product issue(s) to wyattpottorff@gmail.com
2. If eligible for a return, you will be provided with shipping information or sent a replacement item.
3. If you are required to send back an item, the replacement will be shipped within a week of the returned item’s delivery date.
Original Artwork Return Policy
-Original artworks can be returned for a full refund, (excluding return shipping in some cases) for up to 30 days after the date of delivery. Eligible reasons for returning original artwork include the product having arrived either damaged, or appearing significantly different than what was advertised on (wyattpottorff.com).
